Current Employment Opportunities
Journeyman Machinists
- Proficiency with HAAS, OKUMA, or Fadel CNC centers.
- Ability to work from blueprints, 3D models, or physical samples.
- Experience in industrial repair and “one-off” manufacturing.
Supporting BCIT Apprentices
We are proud to be a supportive employer for apprentices currently enrolled in the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) program. We recognize that the future of our industry depends on a unique combination of classroom technical training and hands-on shop experience.
What We Offer In Training & Mentorship
Work-Study Integration
We facilitate our apprentices’ attendance at their annual 6–8 week technical training blocks at BCIT in Vancouver, ensuring they will complete this part of their 4 year program while learning from a skilled team.
Practical Mentorship
Gain hands-on experience on our CNC and manual machines under the guidance of seasoned journeymen who specialize in industrial repair and manufacturing.
Diverse Skill Building
Apprentices will be learning about real-world fabrication and machining for critical sectors, including forestry, mining, and agriculture.
Must be currently enrolled in a Machinist Apprenticeship through BCIT.
Strong mechanical aptitude and a commitment to safety.
A long-term interest in the machining and fabrication industry in Kamloops.
